Our Chalet is located in the beautiful resort of Maria Alm which lies at the heart of the Hochkoenig Winter Kingdom, offering an impressive 150 kms of well groomed and more importantly UNCROWDED pistes! The skiing area boasts one of the best snow records in Austria, and we certainly discovered just why last season with an average snow depth of 200cms from mid December all the way through to Easter 2006! The resort is also known to be one of the prettiest villages in Austria, and has won awards for its good looks. With an abundance of tree lined runs and a wide range of pistes to cater for all abilities, ski through the beautiful villages of Hinterthal, Hintermoos, Dienten and Muhlbach, and prepare yourself for Apres Ski in true Austrian style!

Saalbach-Hinterglemm: Ski Circus

Only 10 minutes from our doorstep we access the 'Ski Circus' and the resorts of Leogang & Saalbach-Hinterglemm, of which boast a further 200kms of varied runs. The area combines the attractive Austrian village's with the convenience (excellent lift links and good piste maintenance) of French resorts. There is skiing/boarding for all abilities, particularly better intermediates. Boarders are spoilt, with 13kms of boarder-only pistes, as well as numorous Snow Parks.

Only a very short drive from the Chalet (by our private vehicles), the ski runs of Zell am See offer magnificent views across this lakeside medieval town. The Europa Sport region offers 130km of piste, 80 of which are in Zell am See making it the perfect destination for 1 day of your Super Ski adventure. You will also have the opportunity to experience apres ski Zell am See style!

Bus-linked to Zell am See and forming the other 50kms of the Europa Sport region, Kaprun offers guaranteed skiing all year round, with the mighty Kitzsteinhorn glacier rising to an awe inspiring 3029 meters! Kitzbühel: Ski Safari

Not for beginners... nor the faint hearted; AustriaSuperSki.com brings you a unique days skiing in the Kitzbuehel valley. Starting from the resort of Mittersill we take the gondola up to 2000m where the adventure begins! From there you will guided across the entire length of the valley (stopping for lunch and Gluehwein of course!) climaxing in skiing down the most famous World Cup Down Hill run of them all, The Hahnenkamm! The historical town of Kitzbuehel then awaits for a serious amount of apres ski before heading back to the Chalet.
